Mr. Atici is an entrepreneur and he is located in Atlanta, USA He has extensive US consumer behaviour knowledge, marketing know-how, logistic operation excellency, and well recognized business relationships. Its long-lasting contracts have been running over 16 years of successful marketing operation for a nationwide recognized brands at big-box retailers.

Alan Sellers has over 35 years’ experience in business growth having held senior positions in the travel, housing, and mobile communications sectors. He has worked with numerous blue-chip organisations in the UK, and his expertise centres around marketing, sales, customer services and business growth coaching. It is this latter specialism that has seen Alan assisting hundreds of regulated professionals (accountants and lawyers) in the UK over the past 23 years. Since 2018 Alan has become an expert in blockchain and digital assets and is the CEO and Founder of Your Crypto Coach and the Blockchain Basecamp. Alan is passionate about his company’s mission statement which is “To make everyone in the UK ready for blockchain and digital asset future in a ‘sound, practical and safe’ way” He is the blockchain and cryptocurrency specialist on the Institute of Directors Finance and Fintech Group and is also the specialist adviser on the London Chamber of Commerce Experts Panel. As a social media influencer his digital asset and blockchain educational videos have had over 3 million views on Tik Tok. Alan is also a renowned public speaker, young entrepreneurs mentor and an FA Licensed UEFA B qualified football coach.

Elvan heads the firm’s Istanbul Corporate group. She is an experienced audit and capital markets partner with more than 25 years' experience of advising on corporate issues both nationally and internationally. Her clients range from fast growing start-ups and substantial owner managed businesses to larger private and substantial listed companies. She has extensive experience of cross-border issues, sales, acquisitions, financing and IPOs. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of Chamber of Istanbul Certified Public Accountants. She has been involved in the due diligence of international firms intending to acquire local companies as well as at the audit of companies in the first 500 list of Turkey and international firms doing business in Turkey services, textile, financial institutions, real estate and construction.

Taner is the managing partner of Crowe in İstanbul with over 18 years of professional experience in the field of audit and assurance, corporate finance and risk management. Over the years he has worked with a wide range of international and local clients operating in various industries, including listed companies with total assets in excess of EUR 100 million and annual revenue in excess of EUR 50 million.He has graduated from Uludag University, Management Department. He has a ten years of experience in auditing and tax consultancy sector. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of Chamber of Istanbul Certified Public Accountants. He has led the audit of various national and international companies doing business in Turkey from sectors such as retailing, tourism, logistics, advertising, automotive etc. He has been working as a senior manager in Crowe Troy Turkey for the past 12 years.

Dr. Elif Selin Calik is the author of “The Renaissance of Smart Energy`` and the CEO of Women in Smart Energy UK (WSE-UK). She provides ESG consultancy services to SMEs, banks, and other institutions specializing in energy politics, renewable energy, and climate change resilience. Dr. Calik has been a U.N. Climate Change Observer since 2015. During COP 27, she moderated the session “Road to Net Zero with Women’s Resilience and Smart Energy.” She has also worked with various governments in relation to the Mediterranean Maritime Dispute and Sustainable Investments. Dr. Calik is an executive member of the International Rotary Club, Environmental Sustainability Action Group, and in 2022, she gave an annual speech on “Women Empowerment on Smart Energy” at British National Liberal Club. Dr. Calik is an international TV analyst and has been interviewed by BBC, CGTN, TRT WORLD, and Bloomberg on the global energy transition.

Dr. Riza Kadilar is a PhD in Economics. After a BSc degree at METU in Industrial Engineering, he has obtained his MSc degree at Stanford University, and completed his MBA at HEC, Paris and an executive management course on banking at INSEAD. He has various advance level diplomas in executive coaching and mentoring, and has recently attended online programs on leadership in digital age at Columbia Business School and INSEAD.</p> <p>His professional career includes senior level bank management experience in the UK, the Netherlands, France, and Turkey. He has been the senior country manager and representative for Turkey at NATIXIS since 2006. Previously he served as the deputy CEO at a merchant bank in London (2002-2006), as a management board member of a trade finance bank in Amsterdam (1998-2002), and as the head of corporate banking and financial institutions at a Turkish bank in Istanbul (1994-1998). During his banking career he has set up five entities, led the restructuring of three subsidiaries in various European jurisdictions, and closed down two subsidiaries and three rep offices. His excellent and diligent track record shows a remarkable business and profitability growth all thru his career without any credit, compliance, reputation, and operational incident. He is currently setting up his franchise under K Ventures Holding BV in investment management in tech companies scaling up into Europe, and advisory practice in financial and human capital development. He also offers executive coaching, facilitation, and leadership training services, and also invests in startups mainly in the area of agri-food technology.
